TThis is a list of magnet links to a growing collection of anime torrents. The goal of this collection is to have a virtually complete selection of anime that was influential/popular-at-the-time that is sorted by year. As well as to give a sort of "starter set" for anyone looking to begin a digital anime collection. The project was started by user Ikov, who created the batches for 1970's through 1990's part 2. The batches for 90's part 3 through 2002 were made by Ambi, 2003 was done solely by Ignus, and since 2004 on they have been been a joint effort between Ambi and Ignus.
This page is mantained by Ambi and will be updated as batches are completed and the magnets posted to the anime general on /t/.
The Read Me links are the same as the README.txt files that are found in each torrent. For all of them except the 50s-70s batch they also function as a list of what anime is in that torrent as well. They will eventually be updated to all include file lists.
As of 2021 / The 2005 Batch, I am stepping away from creating torrents for this project. Others are welcome to create new batches, and I will update this site with their magnets. If you have created a magnet for a new batch, feel free to message me through this neocities account, and I will update with the new one.
